This place is a joke. Last time I went to this doctor's office the ""receptionist"" was on the phone with a patient. After she hung up, after ignoring me for 10 minutes, she started talking to the other office girl in a negative way about the patient she had just been speaking with. It was very unprofessional. Then, I waited in a hot exam room for 1 hour and 20 minutes trying to keep a 2 year old occupied. Dr. Byram walked up and down the hall complaining about all the patients she had to see. Then, I could hear the conversations she was having with everyone else because she was talking so loud. What happened to doctor / patient confidentiality? BTW, It is impossible to get a hold of the billing person, I have left numerous messages and finally had to give up. This place is terrible. I have spoken to other mothers as well and they have told me it is like that all the time and they too have moved on.
