As I stepped into my cool home after being outside in this rainy muggy weather I was ever so thankful for the great service and product recently provided to our system by R&S Mechanical. We had two major parts on our aging system fail recently and they came out both times and addressed the issues. The technicians were friendly, professional and prompt. Communication with the office is outstanding; always able to get someone on the phone. Prices were reasonable and fair as well. They stated the problem and cost to fix and waited for our approval before moving forward which was great. They were not push or try to oversell. Just upfront and truthful; the way good businesses should be. Additionally, the first time we called was late on a Sunday night and I talked to a live person, not a machine! Can't say enough good things about this great company! We signed a service contract with them and would definitely recommend to others! Great job R & S!
