Review content:
My daughter and I have been patients at Main Line Dermatology for a couple of years. I stumbled on this website when I googled them to look up the phone number. I was shocked to read the prior review and signed up as a member just so that I could reply. First of all, I think it's normal in this specialty to have to wait for an appointment, but I have found that if we need to be seen, we are seen. They fit us in. Also, I have not experienced long waits in the waiting room. We are usually taken fairly quickly. Maybe the prior reviewer had a different experience, but the one thing I cannot imagine being true is that everyone associated in any way with the office, from the doctors, to the office manager, to the entire office staff are all rude and uncaring. That just doesn't ring true on its own and it's certainly not my experience. I have found Dr. Damiano to be an astute physician and a kind and gentle man with my teenage daughter. It offends my sense of fairness to allow anyone to characterize him as uncaring when he is so sensitive to her feelings about her acne. I have found the office staff to be friendly and welcoming when I check in. I don't think I have had any reason to interact with the office manager. These reviews are only as good as the identity of the person who wrote them, so one has to wonder what other agendas are at play. Pros: Competence
