Review content:
I have been a customer of Broadway cab for 15 years. The past few months their service stinks. I call and go downstairs to wait. The driver never shows up. Appear he picked someone else. This happened twice! After waiting for 30 minutes I call and they say they'll send another one out. Another time the driver pulled up, I got in and he asked where I was going, he said NO then some broken english that I couldn't understand and told to exit the car. Again I had to get another cab. I'm no longer using them.
