They made a deal to purchase our used vehicle from us. They waited until after we took time to fill out paperwork and get copies of a signed ""Trade In/Payoff Agreement contract, to tell us their business office was closed because it was a Saturday. They wanted us to leave our vehicle with them without cutting a check to us. We told them we were not comfortable with that and they said it would be fine to bring the vehicle back Monday morning to complete the deal. Upon returning, they decided they did not want to purchase the car and refused to honor their contract, stating the reason being that we did not leave the vehicle with them. Not only are they dishonest in not honoring their contract, but we now have to worry about what they may do with our private information that they have acquired. We will be reporting to BBB and taking legal action if not resolved. Would give zero stars if allowed.
