GREAT Experience.. I had credit issues having just gone through a divorce in the past year my credit was less than stellar. I called in to see what kind of financing they could get me, if any. Lily told me they would work very hard to earn my business. They did! I found a car I like for the financing I can afford. I will for sure go back to Thomas Auto Sales for my future car when my credit is back to where i want it and can get my dream car. For now, I just happy to be in a car I can afford. They made a deal to purchase our used vehicle from us. They waited until after we took time to fill out paperwork and get copies of a signed ""Trade In/Payoff Agreement contract, to tell us their business office was closed because it was a Saturday. They wanted us to leave our vehicle with them without cutting a check to us. We told them we were not comfortable with that and they said it would be fine to bring the vehicle back Monday morning to complete the deal. Upon returning, they decided they did not want to purchase the car and refused to honor their contract, stating the reason being that we did not leave the vehicle with them. Not only are they dishonest in not honoring their contract, but we now have to worry about what they may do with our private information that they have acquired. We will be reporting to BBB and taking legal action if not resolved. Would give zero stars if allowed. more

Though we didn't end up buying a car from Thomas Auto Sales, we were impressed with the honesty of the staff. They did all they could to make sure we were happy and were true to their word. more

MICHAEL DAVIS sold my teenage daughter a piece of crap car - he did not disclose numerous things that were wrong with the car. Had this dealership inspected the car they would have discovered the broken electrical issues and the bad breaks that had to be replaced two weeks after driving off the lot. We will never go back to this dealership again... we will tell all our friends what a bad experience we had. It is a shame that my daughter had to have her first car buying experience turn out like this. Shame on you Thomas Auto Sales ... especially YOU MICHAEL DAVIS. more

I came in with terrible credit and just out of a bankruptcy. I went to several local dealers, including Royal Moore and others. Nobody would even let me look at their cars. \r I came to Thomas thinking the same would happen, but I was approved by their friendly and courteous staff. I found a truck I wanted and off I went. I'm so glad I went here, without it I'd still be walking to work. \r Not only are the prices great, but they are the most helpful and honest car dealers around. Go here! more
