I have taken jewelry for appraisal at another company where I sat in a different room and waited. This experience was completely different, Ben very kindly explains the process and allows you to observe how he appraises your jewelry. The entire process from scheduling the appointment, to the actual appraisal, was fast and easy. I would definitely reccomend their services.
