I arrived in the office and everyone there was very welcoming and as Ben worked he took the time to explain each phase of the process as he was doing it. Kristi was helping him as well. Loved my mini diamond eduction. My visit there was very pleasant and I was so pleased with his appraisal that I plan on returning with more pieces for him to appraise very soon.
