I have had several terrible experiences at this practice. First of all, its almost always packed in the waiting room. They never call to remind you of your appointments, no matter how far in advance the appt. was made. I have had several front desk staff be exceptionally rude to me. They don't return phone calls. I was supposed to get test results back on Friday that I had been nervous about all week and no one called. I called at 3:05 to check in, but of course they close at 3pm on Fridays. Now, three business days after they were supposed to contact me, I still can't get anyone on the phone. Half the time you call you just get a busy signal. I think they just book way more patients than they can handle, so if you need anything beyond your standard 5 minute yearly don't go here. This place is terrible.
