Review content:
After being with Hawthorne for my 1st and 2nd trimesters, I'm having to switch OB/GYN care in my 3rd trimester because of Dr. Sherer! She misdiagnosed me, then after many attempts to reach her by phone about this, when she was FINALLY reached, she said she had NOTHING to apologize for. She also told me she got the least amount of complaints out of anyone and had no reason to believe that anything was her fault!! BEWARE!!!
Pros: Parking is fine, wait times are not too long and most of the staff is nice.
Cons: BILLING PRACTICES ARE AWFUL!!!
