Dr. Bill was our vet when we lived in Midlothian. He was wonderful, caring , and compassionate. He was the only Dr we wanted to put our beloved Border Collie down. We have since moved to Florida and only wish we could find a vet who came close to Dr. Bill. We have 2 Shelties who are getting up in age and only wish Dr Bill would be here in our time of need. Dr. Bill, make our day and move to Florida.\r
