Businiess name:  Moxie Spot

Review content:
I've now been to Moxie Spot with my 18mo and husband on two occasions. I think it's a fantastic idea, and I love the music and story time events. However, on both visits, the restaurant has been out of key items on its menu. My most recent visit for breakfast found them without fruit salad and yogurt: staples in a toddler diet. I know there are going to be growing pains--and these things happen--but I mentioned it was the second time for us. The staff member's response was quite rude in return. In addition, it doesn't seem like the toys are ever cleaned. I know it's extremely difficult to keep them in pristine condition--especially since hundreds of kids are touching them every day--but there were a few in dangerous conditions for a toddler (i.e., loose pieces, chips, etc.). Again, I think the concept of Moxie Spot is a great one, but there are some kinks that still need to be worked out. Pros: Concept, free music/story time Cons: Shoddy toys, limited food availability
