Review content:
I had a terrible experience with this agency. The day before I was to go in to sign a lease and 4 days before I was to move into a townhouse managed by the Fred Wichmann Agency, I received a phone call around 10:00 a.m. from Bunky Wichmann informing me that I did not have the place. An offer was made to find something else and they would call me back. In the meantime, I had everything lined up to move in 4 days. I had to find something fast and I was not sure I trusted him to find anything at that point. I had to take another day off work in order to do this. I did not have a lease with the Wichmann's because everytime I mentioned coming in to sign one I was put off. ""It was not ready yet."" When I asked about the work being done in the TH, I was told it would definitely be ready in time for my move. This went on for about a month only to find out 4 days before I was to move that it was not true. Bunky Wichmann told me the owners decided to sell the place because they didn't want to put any more money into fixing it up. I did get my money back (1 months rent and application fee). I recommend that if you do business with them you should make sure you have it in writing and not just a handshake. Cons: get it in writing not just a handshake
