Review content:
Upon moving in the apartment, it was NOT clean. Absolutely no cleaning had been done, we had to clean it ourselves! Walls, bathrooms, and carpets were NASTY. They ""forgot"" when our lease ended. It's impossible to get anything fixed, so don't get your hopes up. The maintenance isn't very reliable and it takes about 2 weeks to get anything done. They also went into our apt without notifying us to show people during our last month. They need to get their stuff together! We were amazing tenants, paying our rent on the 1st of every month. That wasn't recognized in any way. I suggest going through a different rental company.
Pros: The rent was cheap
Cons: everything!
