My son had chronic ear infections as a baby, so we went to this office to see Dr Vora. We waited for 2 hours for our first appointment (and at least 1 hour for all appointments thereafter) and then felt rushed once we saw the doctor. My baby was upset by the time we were done with the whole ordeal, and now at age 3 he is terrified when anyone touches his ears. If you are in Rockwall, go to Lakeside ENT instead. They are SO much better.
Pros: if you must go here, avoid Dr Ripp at all costs
Cons: you will always wait at least an hour for an appointment
