Our experience with Cardinal Flooring was very good, especially in terms of how responsive and communicative they were throughout the process.
From the beginning, they gave time and attention to communicating with us about the project. They also offered us a reasonably priced deal.
We were not sure what we would find when we tore up the carpeting and we knew that we might have to make decisions part-way through the project. Cardinal Flooring understood this and was flexible in allowing us to make decisions as we went.
The crews that installed the wood and tile flooring not only knew how to put down a floor but they also knew how to listen and communicate. This was very important to us, as it ensured that everything went smoothly and as we discussed.
Cardinal Flooring did what they said they were going to do. They were on time, efficient and responsive from start to finish.
