Review content:
Yes, there can be long waits, but they come about for two main reasons: Dr. O'Donnell is one of the best doctors around here, so he has lots of patients. Second, he tries to give personal attention to each patient which can put him behind. Yes, he does often seem to be in a hurry, but I have never found him unwilling to listen to any questions I might have. Dr. O'Donnell is extremely well-qualified. He is certainly the best dermatologist I have ever seen, and I've seen a lot of them. My advice is to get an early morning appointment. The wait gets longer as the day goes on. Otherwise, bring a book and wait. It's well worth it. And the waiting room is comfortable enough.
Pros: An outstanding well-qualified physician
Cons: Yes, the waits can be long, but it's worth it.
