I would be cautious when choosing my dentist, and I certainly wouldn't choose my healthcare providers based on a dollar coupon. Willowtree has a reputation for being cheap, and for having an extremely high turnover in their employees. Just these two facts would be enough to scare me off. Why would I go to a dental office who can't retain employees...especially in today's market where people are doing everything they can to get and to maintain employment? Obviously, there are some major issues going on with the way Willowtree is managed, and unfortunately, patients usually get the brunt of a bad business environment.
