I am a patient of Dr. Gaas who works for Southtowns ENT and he is just wonderful. He did a fantastic job on my surgery back in March 2012, and is always very kind and professional. However, Dr. Mandych was and is a snide, ignorant, rude and unprofessional doctor. I have never even met this man, he was a ""doctor"" on call 9/14/2012 and was so inconsiderate he had me in tears. He needs to learn that yes he is the doctor, but he should also know how to treat and speak to people. Takes respect to get respect ""Doc."" My mother always taught me if you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all.
