Review content:
First the positive: My first consultation was great. I spoke with Dr. Law and his assistant. I've been researching about breast augmentation for over 15 yrs and was convinced that he and his staff knew their stuff. So, I made another appointment for a 2nd consultation. Again, I was impressed. I planned to schedule surgery but had a crisis and needed to postpone. This was around May 2006. Now the negative: About 3 wks ago I was finally ready to schedule my surgery. It's been something I've dreamed about since I was 18. I had an appointment for laser hair removal so thought I could make an appointment and pay my deposit then. I was wrong. I wanted to make an appointment but was told, by a timid and somewhat frightened receptionist, that ""only Kile Law can make an appointment"". I said ok, I'll wait. ""No, she is busy and you need to make an appointment with her"". I asked if he could call her, ""no I can't, she's my boss"". What!?! Kile's schedule was booked and I had to wait until she called me. I was a little perturbed but agreed and left my deposit check. Kile returned my call and told me that since it's been a year I needed to come in for another consultation to make sure I still wanted the surgery and she was returning my check. I said I didn't need to come in again, I wanted the surgery. She bluntly, rather rudely, stated the policy; no exceptions. I asked for the next available. She was booked but could squeeze me in two weeks. I looked forward to this appointment but, missed it because I thought it was for Tuesday instead of Monday! I even marked it in my calendar! Boy was I upset! His office called me, I profusely apologized & asked for another appointment, that I could leave right then and drive there/ No, Kile was booked until mid July! The nervous receptionist said Kile would call me back to reschedule. It's been a week and no phone call. So, I made an appointment with another doctor. Dr. Law may be good but his rude staff forced me to choose someone else.
Pros: Talented doctor and takes the time to explain the details. Answers all questions.
Cons: The staff.
