Review content:
I booked a spa package for myself and my mother about six weeks in advance. The day before the appointment, the salon called to confirm and were off an hour for our appointments (and I had made sure to write it down on my calendar when booking so I knew I was right) which wasn't so bad but confirmed other reviews. The spa treatments were nice and I felt that the pricing was fair (tip was included with my package). However, the next day I got a call stating that they had made a mistake and that they need $100 extra because they had made a mistake. Now, she had the nerve to tell me that I had only given them gift certificates for $200 and charged my credit $10 and the total was $310. Well then, you either have someone who stole my gift certificates at the front desk or someone who can't count and shouldn't be working front desk anyway. Why would she charge us only $10 if I had given her only $300 gift certificates? They seriously need to get some new front desk staff! Even if it had been a mistake, that's part of owning a business- you have to suck up your losses if you make a mistake! Nowhere else have I ever gone would have called to get more money based on a mistake they made.
