My hairstylist, Sal, and esthetician and waxer, Kathryn wisely left this phony place. I have a new stylist but can't find anyone who waxes as well as she did. I had a facial after she left and had NO extractions (something that she always did) and no electronic instruments for an overpriced fee. I shouldn't hear snide remarks about other clients or staff while spending har earned money there.
Cons: unprofessional, overpriced
