Review content:
If you do not want to be judged, do not go to eastside urgent care. I waited an hour. I did not have insurance, so I paid $125. Two people who arrived after me got in before me. They had insurance. I got there and told the nurse that I had pain during urination and pain in my back where my kidneys are. They supposedly did a urinalysis, but came back two minutes later and said there was no infection. She made it clear that she thought that I was just a drug seeker. She told me to just drink water. On the discharge note, she made a point of saying that I should take a LOW dose of Tylenol, even though that was not my chief complaint. I went to my regular doctor the next day and there was an infection there. Hmmm.... I was able to get the proper medication from my doctor. The doctor at Urgent Care was extremely rude and judgmental. I had been out of work for six months, and I had to ask for the money to go from someone else. I will be making sure that I get my money back and I will not be going there again.
