I have used many vets over the years as I was in the Military for 10 years and moved often. I have never had such a poor experience. This is based on 3 visits, not 1. Fortunately, these experiences did not result in the loss of a pet as it has for others at this place, but the general care and concern from any staff or vet was very poor and lacking. When my cat was very ill, they could not make a diagnosis or, at least, wouldn't tell me anything. I ended up going to Livingston Animal and Aviary Hospital on Livingston Avenue and have never looked back--Livingston Avian and Animal Hospital is FANTASTIC. The front office staff are always helpful and friendly and the vet staff spend time with you and your pet--carefully go over everything and listen to you as well. It is only a few miles from Creatures so if location is important, I would suggest you got to Livingston and avoid this nightmare of a clinic.
