They actually arrived when they said they would arrive, down to the minute. When they showed up they had neat, pressed shirts with the company logo on it. There was an older gentleman, who had been doing this line of work for around 30 years, and he was accompanied by a younger gentleman. They immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes. I asked if they would look at some other plumbing in the basement and give me some idea of a re-plumbing cost, or where I should start. They took the time to do that and gave me some good advice, and we are going to use them to re-plumb the house. I live in a small town and we don't have a lot of options for service professionals, but in the 6 years I've lived here they are by far the best I've encountered.
