Review content:
Dr. Brown came by way of several recommendations so I am confident that her abilities as an ENT are acceptable. She has a friendly face and is respectful. I am not happy with our experience however, as she has a philosophy that the parent should not be allowed in the room for procedures because it is ""surgery"". Obviously if she is not going to sedate an infant, the child will be very scared and the research I have done since indicates that this is not common or best practice. There is no reason why a child that young should be forced to undergo any procedure without anesthesia without the comfort of the parent in arms reach. Also, she was very conservative in her treatment and the procedure had to be redone. She was humble enough to apologize that my little one had to go through that again, so at least she cares about her patients.
