My 15 month-old son had recurrent ear infections and we were sent to Dr. Tamez by our Pediatrician for possible ear tubes. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The Audiologist was super sweet and was very patient throughout my son's hearing evaluation. Dr. Tamez took his time to explain our son's condition and what our options were. There was no pressure to have surgery, but it was highly advised due to the severity of my son's ears and his significant loss of hearing because of it. We booked his surgery quickly and was highly impressed with the surgery center and Dr. Tamez's work. He was very empathetic towards our situation and treated us like we were the only patient he had. Our son immediately started talking AND walking after his tubes were placed. The result were amazing. We could not be happier with the services at Tejas ENT and highly recommend Dr. Tamez! - Dana Zander
