Review content:
I went to the ER because I peaked several times with a very high temp. The admitting Dr. examined me and I told him that I had had asthma many years ago, yet he put asthma on my chart several times as the reason for admittance. I was administered a blood thinner that I did not need because I was mobile and not bed ridden. There were other tests that I felt were duplicated. In the future, I will ask WHY when they want to run tests or administer shots. The previous reviews were written in 05 - this is 09 and things have changed at HV and I think it's primarily due to the economic downturn. I think that HV admitted me because they are in need of filling beds and need the insurance dollars.
Pros: Clean - great nurses
Cons: Staff did not listen to my concerns
