I've been coming to this location for several years now. I fell in love with it and the people who work there right away.
My main Doctor is Dr. Sam and I honestly couldn't say enough nice things about him and his genuine love of animals if I wrote for days. I feel completely comfortable with him in his diagnosis of any health-related problems with my sweet kitties. He will listen to you, and cares about your animals deeply. You can feel comfortable asking him any questions you want and he will take the time needed to explain things to you without making you feel rushed.
You can be open and honest with him about any limitations you may have, and he will listen to you and do whatever it takes to help your furkid. He will not turn you away like many places, but instead will help in any way he can so you are able to get treatment for your sweet animal. That is the quality of service and caring that has kept me coming back.
I would recommend him and all of Ambassador Dog and Cat Hospital's staff to anyone. Dr. Sam is truly an angel for the animals!
