Can I give a negative review? Can we say -the highest number you can think of? I have been yelled at, accussed of stealing someone's identity (TO PAY OFF A LOAN!). When they finally accepted my last payment for my auto loan, I receive a letter in the mail saying I owed them ONE CENT! They actually paid postage to send me a statement for ONE PENNY! And the amount I paid for the final bill was the amount they gave me over the phone, I paid with a check by phone. It's not my fault they gave me the amount -.01. But I'm thinking, ok, one penny. I will call them. I get yelled at again because I'm apparently trying to steal my grandmother's idenity (it's in her name) because I'm trying to PAY IT. Seriously?! When was the last time someone stole your idenity and paid your bills off?!
