Review content:
In what was supposed to be our special day, Valle Vista made it a nightmare. Where to start... first off everyone there gave us the run around in planning and the details of the wedding... I should have know then it was going to be bad. Misty was the worst of them all... won't retun calls or emails and when she does, they are lies. After a super rocky 6 months of planning, the big day comes and it is a pure disaster. First they somehow double-booked our wedding time with another couple, and we and all our guests had to wait in the LOBBY for over an hour while the other couple did their ceremony and finally left. Now to the reception, again they had no space for us so they set us up in this crappy, small room with no dance floor... outrageous! Then they treat us like it is all out fault, I couldn't believe it. I demanded a partial refund and they refused. Stay away from this place at all costs. It sounds nice but trust me, they will mess it up and not deliver.
Pros: Food was decent
Cons: Unorganized, overpriced, lies and a total ripoff!
