Review content:
In general we have had a bad experience with Chester County Pediatrics. Several times we have taken our children and had them misdiagnosed, or had issues with the lack of treatment. I've received medical explanations such as I guess it just hurts, or I don't know. As well, they are either understaffed or simply don't answer the phone, but getting support from them is often a problem. Maybe at some time this office was a quality medical practice, but in recent years the quality of care has simply become unacceptable. I would highly recommend not choosing this practice if at all possible.
Pros: Minimal
Cons: Poor medicial care, staff doesn't answer phone
