Review content:
I have had several service contracts with SSI for years, both on my home and a couple rental properties. The peace of mind provided by the scheduled 'checkups' and the same day service proved to be valid this week when my AC froze up. I called the office about 6pm and the service offered to page an on-call technician. We didn't need same-night service, so opted to leave that to folks who really need it and called back first thing in the morning. Drew was at the house by 11:00 am and had replaced a faulty part and recharged the unit by noon. Drew is also a guy who seems to love the work; he gave me detailed answers to any questions I had and never made me feel bad for asking.
