I recently switched to Service Specialties Inc. after 20 years with another company. My next door neighbor used SSI for a job and was happy, and he's very particular. So when I needed my furnace and AC unit replaced, I asked SSI for an estimate.
I got three estimates, and SSI were the most professional in the business. One company came and, God forbid, wrote the estimate in long hand and I couldn't understand what was written. The gentleman with SSI came with a computer and gave a formal presentation, in color and in laymen's terms. He dressed well and was very thorough. He gave me several options and that was that.
The work SSI did was very professional and thorough. The technicians were courteous and clean. They put dusters on their shoes so there was no mess left to clean up. I would recommend SSI to anyone. My neighbor on the other side is even using them now, so they have three houses in a row!
