They almost ended my cat's life!!!! I boarded him there for 11 days (because if anything happened while I was gone; he's at the vet, right?). Upon my return my cats butt was the size of a tennis ball with the end of his alimentary canal the size of a souvenior penny and white pus was protruding. They sent him home with anti inflammatory cream and said come back in 3 days. I called to find out how this could have happened and they told me that I must have brought him in like that and that it was cancer. They wanted to sedate & biopsy him (that would have been the end of him). I took him away immediately to a good vet who cultured the pus and immediately put him on antibiotics. A test revealed he had a double infection and the good vet claimed I was lucky my cat is still alive. Dr. Rubensteins office did nothing, did not call me, did not treat my cat and now my cat is permanently damaged due to this horrible infection. BTW... my cat does not have cancer!!!! Wrong diagnosis too!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!
