Review content:
I've been here a few times. The first couple of times were ok, but this last time proved that they could care less about how they treat patients. I was there for a routine TB skin test (had to get screened for getting into grad school) and went the first time to get the shot, no problem. I was told I did NOT need an appointment--and I tried to schedule one anyway and was refused--for the doctor to read the skin test, to just come back on Friday, that it would take about ten minutes max. After two trips up there (the first time I was told they were really busy and I should come back precisely at two pm and I would then be THE FIRST PERSON seen after he got back from lunch), an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting, an angry boss (because it was supposed to have taken FIFTEEN minutes MAX), and a lost hour of work equalling more than fifty dollars, I will not be going back. Ever.
Pros: maybe if you're in personally with the doc he'll see you
Cons: office staff lies, forgetful doctor, extremely outrageously long wait times
