Review content:
I have been going to Auburn Primary Care, Dr. Schlossberg for several years now. When I first began seeing this physician he was able to take time with me and his staff was personable and consistent. However, in the last two years I have noticed a change. There is little to no time for patient interaction with the Dr., and the front office staff is impolite at best. While the nursing staff is more friendly than the office staff they are less competent. I was literally stuck by EVERY NURSE THERE in order to draw one vile of blood! It seems the practice has gotten to be for patient service. Now I must come in every few months to pay a co-pay to get a medically necessary prescription refilled, ridiculous - no blood is drawn so what is the point of the visit except to extort money from my insurance company and me. Auburn Primary Care have become too big to focus on patient services, but not too big to focus on their own bottom line. \r While I really like Dr. Schlossberg, and would recommend him personnally he is but a part of his practice and the practice at large is a flop!
