Not only is the Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA workout that best workout of ALL time!!!! But THIS LA Boxing is the newest, biggest and baddest one of all!!
I have worked out at 6 or 7 in So-Cal and 2 in Henderson/ Las Vegas areas, and Lake Forest beats them all HANDS DOWN!!! It's clean, tasteful, perfect placement for everything and everyone is so nice!
The Instructors are fabulous! All the Members and the People involved are such great people, it's like a family!! Everyone is willing to help each other! Not only that, they have a Fight Team Class, Women's Sparring and I think a new Women's Fight Team Class!
This is DEFINITELY the real deal Fighting Gym!!! Coupled with the homely mom and pop gym feel. Yet still state of the art equipment and the best people you could find in the fitness world! I love it!!!
Pros: Great: Instructors, People, Classes, Equipment, Overall Gym!
Cons: THE Restaurant hasn't opened yet next door... =)
