Review content:
We had a great experience at Automax. No pressure on buying the car - just a nice car at a great price. In fact, to say there was no pressure is an understatement - they seemed to know they have great cars and seem to not be concerned if you are or are not going to buy it. We were a bit surprised at the no haggling policy, because that is not really clear from their website. That said, the prices are good so it's not really a concern, and it's actually better for shopping. Paul was very nice and warm. The only issue that came up with our car was that we wanted to have our mechanic look at it, and they weren't excited about that; eventually, Paul took the car to the mechanic himself (because he didn't want me to drive it) and it did check out just fine. Also, we had to wait a few days for them to actually receive the title from the bank where they had paid off the loan, so that was annoying, but they handled it as well as they could have. We love the car, and we got it at a very good price. I also liked the ""one stop shopping"" where they put the plates on it and did the inspection/registration; we paid $120 for this and it was ok. One thing I wasn't happy about was a $500 ""documentation fee"" that no-one mentioned until after we told them we want the car.
