I called before I went because I'm never sure who I'm dealing with and I found them on autotrader like a friend did. The rep said all the cars are online with pictures and I can choose that way. I was just looking for a Nissan Altima. He said they don't haggle with the prices and I already knew their prices were pretty good already. I bought the car and had no problems. I maybe wouldn't have gone so far there if my friend had said she had a problem but I don't buy cars much so it was no big deal. And she suggested Kevin, and that worked out okay.
