Review content:
I had a liftgate installed on my truck by Donovan Equipment. This is my first encounter with them and I'm satisfied with the experience.
The only drawback to the liftgate installation is that the switch has a timer on it. When I lower or raise the platform, by the time I unfold, the switch shuts off automatically and it is not easy to turn it back on. This is my first week with it, so I am learning how to use it and sooner or later I will have that corrected.

It sounds like you are referring to the safety switch on the gate. This switch automatically turns off in one minute and needs to be turned back on by hitting the red button twice. If you have any questions give us a call or come by and we can go over it with you. Thank you for your review Paul!
