All about the money. Read other reviews on the web. There have been other issues about their tactics, billing, and unnecessary tests. I took a small cockatiel (bird) in for a nail trim and was told I HAD to have an annual exam for the first visit--its not a recommendation or choice. Here it is a year later and I am being told I HAVE to have an annual exam again (not a recommendation or choice), or they won't service my pet for another nail trim. Of course, they make it sound like it is all about her health. She is 22 years old and doing well. She has had exams over the yrs., but not annually. No other vet in 22 yrs. has required this which makes me feel its all about the money! I am not paying $100-150 for a $12 nail trim. Shopping for a new vet.
