My main problem was with their administrative department. They have the most unprofessional call people who are very slow and often clueless. I had to call them numerous times to get what I want. I had two instances where they said that the technician will come a certain day, but he never showed up. When I told them this, they tried to pin the blame on me saying that I had the dates confused. They didn?t even try to check if it was their fault or not. I?m being defensive because multiple people told me the same information on that day, yet they still claimed that I had the dates confused. \r Their technician's professional ability was questionable. He broke my glass the first time, but he came back to replace it and had it done properly. At least he was polite with the situation. However, I cannot say the same with their call center.\r I highly do not recommend asking for a service from them. They will tell you what day they plan to come but never a time frame, so they will keep you
