I just terminated my business relationship with Better Buy Glass due to the same issues as the previous poster (9-15-2007). They installed a faulty mirror in one of my rental units. Even though I've spent over $19,000 with this company, they saw the need to send one of the technicians out to examine the mirror that I told them was damaged. After forking over $19,000, my word should have been good enough for them to promptly replace the mirror without question. The tech that they sent told my tenant that he would have the mirror replaced two days later, but decided after the fact that the damage wasn't significant enough to warrant replacement. This fact was not relayed to me - the customer that had already paid for the damaged mirror. I called Better Buy Glass today to see why the mirror had not been installed two days ago as promised.
