I recently adopted a rescue puppy, Charlie, and was recommended to All Creatures as a good general vet. I called and scheduled an appointment to get Charlie his last puppy booster, microchip registered, and supplies of heartgaurd and frontline stocked. The woman I spoke with to make the appointment was nice enough on the phone, told me the cost of each service and product, and scheduled me in….. So I thought. \r
My fiancé, Charlie and I arrived to All Creatures 10 minutes before our appointment time to check in, and could not be found in the system. First it was thought it was due to us being new clients, but no matter the search, we could not be found. They suggested that I had come on the wrong day (which I hadn’t) but they couldn’t find me scheduled on another day either. They didn’t offer to try and squeeze us in, but did try and reschedule us for another day. \r
