I recently adopted a rescue puppy, Charlie, and was recommended to All Creatures as a good general vet. I called and scheduled an appointment to get Charlie his last puppy booster, microchip registered, and supplies of heartgaurd and frontline stocked. The woman I spoke with to make the appointment was nice enough on the phone, told me the cost of each service and product, and scheduled me in….. So I thought. \r My fiancé, Charlie and I arrived to All Creatures 10 minutes before our appointment time to check in, and could not be found in the system. First it was thought it was due to us being new clients, but no matter the search, we could not be found. They suggested that I had come on the wrong day (which I hadn’t) but they couldn’t find me scheduled on another day either. I love the vets, but sometimes the receptionists have not been helpful, or will not let me bring my pet in even when they've been throwing up for days and need to be seen quickly. You just need to bring the pet in and not call for an appointment when you need your pet seen. They will fit you in even if you need to wait, or you can leave your pet and have them call you when they have been seen by the vet. Again, the vets are the greatest, and are the reason I put up with poor service from the front desk. (some are better than others). The prices are reasonable. more

All Creatures Animal Hospital is a great clinic. The doctors there are very knowledgable. They see all types of animals. There isn't much that they won't see, and always make time for critical cases. The owner is board certified in Avian Medicine and has a large knowledge of exotics of all kind. \r The clinic deals with advanced medicine and modern technology. They have the tools many other clinics don't have at their disposal without the cost of University prices. Many clinics refer their clients to All Creatures Animal Hospital due to their extensive experience and knowledge, and so would I. more

We have taken our guinea pigs here for years. They are so thorough with the little guys when most vets won't take the time to make a real diagnosis. They were very thoughful when we lost one of our boys when he was staying the night for treatment and gave me as much time as I needed and sent me home with no worries about paying the bill that day. They take everything into consideration when making a treatment decision, instead of just treating symptoms, they get down to the real problem. We also take our cat there and the care they took with him was astonishing because he is not a very friendly cat and was even less friendly being handled at the vet. But he's on a new diet and doing well thanks to them. PROS: Very thorough, even with small animals, treat problem not just symptoms CONS: a little more expensive than some country vets but very worth it! more

all creatures is a animal hospital and they also do pet boarding, we have taken a freinds dog there for a broken leg after he was ran over and they repaired it quickly and had the dog in litle pain if any at all, they seem to do better with dogs and cats than other animals but they were very caring more
