Review content:
Dropped off my bike for repair & heard nothing for over a week. I called & they said it is scheduled for the next week. Understandable, I know it is a small shop and they are busy. 3 weeks later it turns out I had a blown head gasket. This is ok as well, aside from the time it took to do 2.5 hours of work. Bottom line is the mechanic destroyed my crank getting it out of the bike. I asked about it and was told it was the only way to remove it (really?). How about leaving it in the bike and calling me? The piston was also damaged from negligence. Could have done the work myself but now need to buy new crank. Owner would not refund money to buy a used crank ($100) to replace the one they damaged.
