Review content:
I took 6 Duncan Fife chairs to Bare Wood for repair and refinishing. I was extremely disappointed in the results. They did the repairs w/ mahogany ply instead of solid mahogany, and the cuts they made were not smooth and not even. The stain is so dark that the grain of the wood is completely obscured. The stain and varnish are not high-quality and were not properly applied: they scratch off easily.
