These guys are supposed to be the classy, professional guys about town. Went to have my engagement ring sized (purchased from them) and was hit me with a surprise $32.00 charge. This wasn't really made clear to my fiance (who bought the ring) so he didn't know about it either. The saleman then gave me this Deputy Dog look and said that he would pay for it out of his own pocket......it kind of detracted from the whole getting engaged experience.
