This is Andrew Cohn, Practice Manager at the North Laurel Animal Hospital. First, I would like to thank those of you who awarded us high marks and kind words. Our only focus here at the hospital is to deliver a comfortable experience for you and your pet while providing the highest quality of medicine.\r

I would also like to thank those of you who voiced your concerns over our practices. As I said before, we only wish to serve you and your pet as best as we possibly can. In doing so, we need to know of our short comings. So here is what I propose:\r
